A little intro...

Hi I'm Brooklin Riley and I'm married to the most amazing man in the world, the love of my life, Kade. We got married just two months ago on May 13th in the beautiful Bountiful temple. We are now happily settled in Logan, Utah to finish out our schooling here at Utah State University. Kade will graduate hopefully next spring in Accounting and go on to get his Masters afterward. This is good news for me because I still have (hopefully only) three years left majoring in Landscape Architecture.

How it all got started . . .

We actually both grew up in Layton and later ran into each other on campus six years later. The funny thing is that he sort of dated my older sister when I was in eighth grade. That's how we knew each other. Now six years later seeing each other on campus a few times, me adding him on Facebook, and gentle prodding and hinting ;) he finally got the hint and asked me on a date. ;)

Our first date we went to Logan's little Willow Park Zoo, the park beside it, and to 'Spoon Me' for frozen yogurt after. We both weren't sure how it would go due to the circumstance of our knowing each other...  But we had lots of fun! We really hit it off and soon there was a second date lined up.   I guess you can say the rest is history. We dated for three and a half months and were engaged for three and a half months. It didn't take us long to fall in love. :) And that's the story of how we came to be.
